ENROLLMENT INFORMATION AT CJHS

The following information is required for enrollment:

- Two(2) proofs of address in parent/guardian's name, such as:

          Current Utility Bill
          Rental/Lease Agreement
          Driver's License

- Transcript and Withdrawal Grades

- Immunization Record

California State law requires that all incoming 7th grade students get a Pertussis booster shot, called the Tdap booster, before starting junior high. Students who have not received this shot prior to the beginning of the upcoming school year on August 18, 2016, will not be allowed to start junior high. - Proof of date of birth (birth certificate, birth record, passport, baptismal certificate, affidavit of the parent, guardian or custodian of the minor or other legal proof)

- Students with an IEP, in addition to the requirements above, should leave a message for David Levy, School Psychologist, at (530) 891-3066, ext. 210.

WHY EVERY PARENT AND STUDENT NEEDS A PORTAL ACCOUNT

It is extremely important for all students and parent to create and utilize a Student and Parent Portal account. This account will provide you with the ability to track student attendance, course history, discipline issues, demographic information, immunization data, and current grades for your student. You can choose to receive automatic email notification of any attendance, discipline, or current grading issues.

ALL PROGRESS REPORTS AND REPORT CARDS ARE ACCESSIBLE

THROUGH STUDENT AND PARENT PORTALS.

Parent Portal accounts are automatically set up once the online enrollment process has been completed. You should receive an email from our school containing all the information needed to open your portal.
