Welcome to our CJHS on-line student store, the Cougar Den! The Associated Student Body is excited to offer the convenience of credit card processing via the internet right from your home! All transactions are processed by the next business day. Once our student store reopens after summer break, the link will be visible to access the Cougar Den! Then just click the photo of the item you wish to purchase, enter your credit card information and place your order. Your item can be picked up at the account tech window.
Use your credit card to shop at the Cougar Den to purchase your student's CJHS PE clothing, sports bag, sweatshirts, sweatpants, t-shirts, student planners, lanyards or yearbook. Other items may be available throughout the year, so check back!
You will need to enter your student's permanent ID number FIRST to make a purchase. The system will then locate your student in the database.
If you have more than one student at Chico Junior, you MUST enter separate transactions for each student, using the correct permanent ID number for each student.
We do NOT mail items. Purchased items may be picked up at the Account Tech window. Prior to your arrival on campus, please call our account tech, Suzanne Snow at 891-3066 x 40118, or email firstname.lastname@example.org, to confirm your item will be available when you arrive.
Cougar Den Purchasing and Payment Options
You may purchase CJHS items with your credit card from the convenience of your home or at the Cougar Den window located in the main hallway on campus. Cougar Den window hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:15 pm. Closed from approximately 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch.
All purchases will be credited to your student.
Checks must be payable to CJHS-ASB and written for exact amount of purchase. We do not cash checks or give change for checks written over the purchase amount.
There will be a $15.00 service charge on all returned checks.
Returns or Refunds
If an error was made on your student's account, please contact our account tech, Suzanne Snow at 891-3066, ext 40118 or email to email@example.com.
Please Note: All sales are final. Once you receive your item, you have the option to exchange it for a different size ONE business day (only) after picking it up. Do not wash or wear items you wish to exchange. All items returned MUST be returned in the same condition at time of purchase. Thank you.
